Suffolk Riding Club
All entry fees must be paid in full, in advance of the training session to reserve your place.
Places in all of our training and events are strictly limited and will only be reserved when full payment is received.
In the event of the event being cancelled at any point by SRC or by our Venue Provider = FULL* refund will be given.
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event = FULL* refund given.
Cancellations made within 7 days before the event = NO refund given.
*All refunds will be minus the online administration fees (My Riding Life booking Fee plus Stripe processing fee)
When participating in this event, members, non members and, for juniors 13 years and under, their parents/guardians, give permission for any photographic and/or video footage taken of persons or horses/ponies taking part in Riding Club activities to be published on the Club website and the Club social media site, or shown at Club meetings.
You can opt out of this by emailing us with your request to suffolkrc@gmail.com.
Suffolk Riding Club will select photographs with care and respect for those shown.
Please use hand sanitiser regularly throughout your session.
Please do not come if you or any of your household have Covid symptoms If you feel unwell please stay at home.
Please Note: There is still the low risk of Strangles in the area so to avoid the risk of further spread, we ask you:
*Not to bring your horse if it is showing any signs of being unwell or showing symptoms of the infection.
*Avoid any close contact or interaction between horses (including people).
*Do park with considerable distance between lorries/trailers.
*Do bring plenty of your own water and water buckets.

All horses/ponies must be fully vaccinated for equine flu, last jab within 12 months, and passports must be available to check please.
Horses should not be left tied up and unattended in the car park and the parking area must be cleared of droppings and left tidy when you leave, please.
